Buying online is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1.  Add each item to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ icon.  To view your cart at any time, click on the silver shopping cart icon on the right side of the page.  Once you are happy with everything on the shopping cart page, click 'Final Checkout'.

2.  You will then be asked to enter in your details.  Or if you have registered with us before 'Log In' and as all your details are held on file, it makes this step even easier.

3.  You will then be transferred to the PayPal site, where you enter your preferred method of payment.

All this from the comfort of your chair, now that’s what we call shopping!

You can purchase online with confidence!  Online Payments are taken through PayPal's industry leading secure portal.  The financial information that you enter on the PayPal page is not shared with Craig Lawson Collections or any other party.

Within Australia

Goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Delivery is made Monday-Friday by overnight 'signed for' courier thoughout Australia.  If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card with the details of where to call to pickup or arrange redelivery.

Delivery overseas

Delivery to an overseas address is sent via airmail and takes between 1-2 weeks for the parcel to reach its destination.

Exchanges

Please contact us immediately if you would like to exchange.  Then send the item(s) along with the invoice to our address on the invoice.  Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed.  We will then exchange and notify you when in the mail.  

Returns

To return an item(s), please contact immediately with your reason for return.  Then send the returned item(s) along with the invoice to our address on the invoice.  Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed.  We will then credit your original method of payment.
